All our staff are CRB checked and trained to the highest standard (BS EN 15713:2009) to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Do you shred documents for domestic customers as well as commercial?
Yes we can, but as we have a minimum charge, if you only have a small amount of material to be securely shredded it may not be economically viable. We are able to either collect your documents to be shredded off-site or send our mobile on-site shredder to you. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Do staples, paper clips and folders need to be removed?
There is no need to remove staples, paper clips and binders/folders as our shredding machines are able to cope with these. But as we are recycling paper the less plastic document wallets/sleeves the better! We prefer not to shred lever arch files.
What happens to the paper after it has been shredded?
After shredding the paper is compacted and baled, then sent off to be recycled into various paper products including tissue paper.
What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of the South West, including Dorset, Devon, Somerset, Cornwall, Bristol, Bournemouth and Plymouth. We also make regular trips across the whole of South and Central England & Wales including the West Midlands and London.
How often will you visit?
We are able to visit you as often as is needed. Simply arrange a site visit where we will discuss your needs and set up an appropriate service schedule
Do I get a proof certificate of destruction?
Your Certificate of Destruction will be sent electronically once the documents have been destroyed.
When do we pay?
Payment is due on completion of the job. Account holders will be invoiced at this time.
