The Borough of Poole is pleased to confirm the award of a new 3 year contract with M&J Bowers. This builds on the relationship that has existed for many years for the collection of confidential waste and places the arrangement on a formal basis. We look forward to building on this relationship during the contract.

We are contacting you to thank you for the service you have provided the Trust over the week of August 27th. As previously discussed we were left without a cardboard collection service at very late notice. This was very disappointing for us. Your willingness to help and your approach to helping us find a solution at such short notice was very much appreciated.

The whole process from start to finish was handled extremely well. The tailored service, the communication and the willingness of your staff was brilliant.

We will be in contact when looking for future options in regards to our cardboard, as we are looking for a more sustainable self-sufficient service.
