When the driver collects our confidential waste, they provide us with a Controlled Waste Transfer Note Certificate of Destruction for our records. Not only did the pick-up arrive exactly on time, but the driver also managed to find our house without any problem – unlike the Amazon drivers! He was quick and efficient, and had time for a couple of minutes of conversation and explanations – also, unlike many of those who deliver.

We are contacting you to thank you for the service you have provided the Trust over the week of August 27th. As previously discussed we were left without a cardboard collection service at very late notice. This was very disappointing for us. Your willingness to help and your approach to helping us find a solution at such short notice was very much appreciated.
